Excellent product. Took it out of the box, charged it, turned it on, it linked to my phone and my wife’s phone, and now it is used every day! Excellent sound, excellent technology!

This has been a great product for me so far. Has allowed me to use voice dialing for my iPhone 3G. Battery life is excellent and I have found the call quality to be very good. Much happier using this than the old bluetooth earpiece that needed charing every 4 days, didn’t feel good in my ear and that did not allow me to use voice dialing. It also looks cool and is low profile so it stays out of the way.

The Parrot Mini is great. It flawlessly accepted all of my contact information from my cell phone. The speech recognition is great. Althought the “manual” is quite abbreviated, I was able to setup and use the device with no trouble. Amzon.com came through with a great product at a great price. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this product because I believe that two hands on the steering wheel while driving is a must. And this product is worth every penny. Very easy to set up, always works, and is a great gift to give friends and family who use one hand to hold their cell phone while driving. I’m buying another one right now to give to a good friend who constantly talks on her cell phone while driving. I am so tired looking out for these people on the highway.

I bought this device for my wife with some skepticism but decided to try it based on the reviews I read here and other sites.

When the device arrived I was a little alarmed at how small the manual was and thought I had made a mistake.

I next tried to pair the device to my wifes LG VX 8350 phone. The device paired up immediately but did not load the phone book, I did a search on the web and found that you had to go through a strange procedure to allow the phonebook to be uploaded from the phone.

The procedure was

1: Make a call

2: Receive a call

3: MISS a call.

I am not kidding, once I did this the phone book uploaded without issue and has continued to do so.

Note: This was NOT the Parrots fault but the fault of the LG phone.

After that, I pressed the green button on the parrot and the voice asked me “Who do you want to call” I spoke a friends name and the device immediately dialed the number!

The reception was crystal clear!

Stunned, I tried another friend who has a last name that is hard to pronounce. Again the system called it without hesitation.

Once I hung up another friend called and the device said his name with reasonable accuracy. Again the reception was fantastic.

This little device is working so well I have recommended it to two friends and will be purchasing another one for myself.

Don’t hesitate to buy this, it works very well!
